One Show Only!

The vibrant music, colorful costumes and cultural pride in a Mariachi Huenatchi performance are an inspiration. Born in 18th Century Jalisco, Mariachi has become one of the quintessential Mexican art forms. For over 10 years, Wenatchee High School instructor Romon Rivera has taught the music, dances and culture of Mariachi as part of the regular curriculum. Today, over 250 students in the Wenatchee school district are enrolled in Mariachi classes. The top students are invited into the Mariachi Huenatchi performance troupe. Their concert features the highest quality, most authentic representation of Mariachi this side of the Rio Grande.
